Life Itself
Life
What is it?
No one knows
Is it the moment when you finally feel your successes pay off
Or when you fall with stress and grief?
Is it based on the glorious moment when you graduate school
Or the tortuous failure in that one class?
Is it that split second you realize you’re completely and utterly in love with him
Or when you realize you’re simply in love with love?
Is it the first time you hear your child cry
Or when they are teens and constantly proclaim their hatred for you?
Is it the first time you meet your puppy
Or the last time they take a breath?
How on Earth can you define life as one word or in just one moment?
You can’t, you just have to live it.
