Light or dark

We choose

Light is what I want

Light is what I choose

With my selection of the two I am able to keep myself going

I am able to pursue through anything

But I do not let my sight be blinded by the light

I need shadow as well

Not dark but shadow

Shadow to shade me from the bright white light of optimism

And to allow me to think from the depths below the surface

Light or dark

I balance the two
