Stars
A thousandth tiny diamond
Or perhaps glittering shards of glass
An ebony sky canvas
Or allies of the moon brass
A canvas black velvet
Or complete picture in another class
An umbrella of eternity
Or spectacle no day can surpass
A whisper of forever
Or a beauty that nothing outlasts
An asleep dreamer exempt
Or collection of riches perfectly amass

ok, here goes. not a depressed poem. not a sad poem. not a weird poem about salt. a happy poem about something happy that's not from the depths of my soul. i feel like in my chest black water is splashing up, trying to get thru to my hands and write. it might take a dark depressing turn but I'm trying to write a happy poem.
at the shard of glass, i felt a literal pressure on my hand to explore what depressing thing broke the glass.
