Like the mushrooms MAG
Everybody wants more than they can handle.
So you built them a bridge out of chopsticks.
But we crossed on the origami boat.
'Cause the giants, they got hungry.
I'll draw you a map of the world
if you tell me where you want to go.
They were waiting at the bus stop for a ride away from home;
he was wading in the ocean as they were skipping stones.
Sometimes you'll find the truth when you're not even looking for it.
It hits like a sunflower in a poppy-flower forest.
Don't strain your pretty little head.
I'll buy you whatever you want.
Just quit staring into the distance.
You've already blinked and missed it.
There's always room for improvement.
But sometimes Opportunity reminisces about his childhood.
And the Light came and went.
But he'll come back, as he said he would.
Love is the fluid collecting on the windowsill.
It comes and goes with the rain.
Though grandmothers water window-side plants daily.
And wet the windowsill remains.
Everybody wants more than they can handle.
You won't fill the void with fiction.
Happiness grows like the mushrooms.
Just take one – and then some for later.
