Clearing Out My Notes (#2)

i think that i've loved you in a multitude of lifetimes and i think that everything i feel for you is actively defying the bounds of this crippling mortal existence.
except that none of that is true but i tell tantalizing lies; i know i do.
and each time you fall for them, your naivete consuming you whole because i'm just that irresistible.
i'm a man-made walking sin— because men did make me. they made me powerful and intriguing, but so easily breakable.
i'm the most fragile thing that'll ever hold power over you.
i know i am.
what are you going to do with that?
