Morning breath
Once sweet,
Sickly sweet.
But waking up, there is nothing but a sour taste in my mouth,
A sour taste that will be brushed away by time,
Rinsed down the drain with new memories.
Drowned out by smiles and affection.
But for now, I'm left with the sour taste and morning breath.
