Mushroom
When you’re born you swallowed a mushroom
Colorful brolly that appeared in your room
And constructing a dreamland for your own life
Day by day, trying to enhance the lie
Wandering around in the colorful world
Seems hopeful, aspirational, looks equaled
But someday when you feel the toxic fades
Emptiness haunted and you almost engulfed
Rather live in the wonderland of florid shade
Rather deceive oneself and pretend you’re safe
Rather hide under the umbrella and escape from rain
Rather try fooling yourself wishing the poison stays.
