Blood Bath
You tore me down
You made my life a chore
Swore you’d stay with me forever
Then went and severed me
From you
Best friends forever
That never happens
You said forever
Now I lie here
In my blood bath
Crying tears of red
Because I have no tears left to cry
Tore off my crown
Bringing me down
Made me want to leave my hometown
You say you're a saint
Let me paint you a picture
You would always come through
Now you breakthrough my walls
And bring them down
Now you tell all these lies
And silence my cries
You say you're a saint
But you take me down without restraint
I was there for you
Now you beat me black and blue
Took away my crew
Turned my hue
A saddening blue
When all I ever did for you
Was lend a helping hand
And planned to let you move in
When your family was going away
Now you’re in my way
Of my sun ray
Everything you say and do
Is childs play
You play make-believe
So no one will leave you
Now I sit in my blood bath
Losing my way
On this path
