Trying to Sleep

As I lay in my bed trying to sleep,
Boredom fills my mind.
At the center of boredom is a black dot,
Around it my thoughts swirling in my head.
As I wait for the top of tomorrow
where my annoying alarm that never seems to stop ringing will sound.
I slowly close my eyes,
And let my thoughts drift away.
