Clump of Bones
Am I just a clump of bones?
With muscles and ligaments to hold me strong
I am just a clump of bones
I only last so long
Why am I even here
If I am not worthy of all lives cheers
I am just a clump of bones
With muscles and ligaments to hold me strong
Or am I more than that?
With a heart, and a personality
A unique brain
But does that even matter?
I wish to be more than just a clump of bones
And have feelings and emotions that will show strong
But am I allowed to express my opinions
Because in the end, I am just a clump of bones
We all are just clumps of bones
So why do some have more power than others
Why do some have the power to express their feelings and opinions
Because in the end, we all are just a clump of bones
Why isn't everyone even
When we all are just clumps of bones
What is so different
When we all are just clumps of bones
Why would color, race, disability
Change your rights
Everyone forgets to mention
We all are just clumps of bones…
