In the cozy corners of my home,

Where sunbeams dance and shadows roam,

I prowl with grace, my kingdom grand,

With every step, I take command.

With eyes so bright, I see it all, 

The mice that scurry, the birds that call,

I'm stealthy, swift, and oh so sly,

A hunter born, I'll never comply.

But in the quiet of the night,

When the world is still, devoid of light,

I curl up close, a purring ball,

Content and safe within these walls.

And as I dream of moonlit chases,

Of secret adventures in hidden places,

I am reminded, with every breath,

That in this house, I've found my truest rest.
