Always tomorrow
these deadlines are horrid
making my brain feel distorted
for what reason I say
my lifespan I must use to pay
tomorrow I say, yes
the more I say it seems like less
but what can I say, right?
all to see an internal fight
can't I have just one break
cant I just forget my mistakes
cant I just turn on brakes
cant I just do it for my sake
or am I just done now
but thou seems to still question "how?"
time really does just fly away
yesterday starting school yet today...
feels like eternity
will I be the same tomorrow?
or will time come early
just like that the rhyme has ended
to vent in this old site
yet in twenty years I'll look back
to use the same excuse
y'know there's always tomorrow

I really enjoyed this piece yet if it was the first on this site. in this poem I used the rhyme scheme of 6,8,6,8. I added some rhyming but in the ending ended it to express my poem even more I felt like I just faded into the poem and forgot about the rhyming part but I decided I like it more with that mistake
