Do you every hate yourself

Hate what you do

It won't go away

This self-loathing cycle

That torchers the mind

Makes the mistakes

Rewind and rewind

You wonder if they notice

You wonder if they see

You wonder if they hate you

And much as I hate me

sometimes when a person gets lost in their head they cant get out. its a cycle of hatred and you want to stop but you cant
