I am afraid I'll get too close to the shore,
Afraid I'll drown if I share too much.
I saw a hand reach out;
A person who glided on water.
I twined my fingers with theirs
As they said,
“You are all right, My Child.”

WOW. This is WONDERFUL. It reminded me of that story in the Bible, in Matthew 14:22-33 where Jesus walks on water, and commands Peter to come to him. He doubts that Jesus can protect him, and so he sinks. This is like when we as Christians start to doubt God's power and his dedication to always keep his promises, and we (sink) in the trials of life. And Jesus takes us by the hand and pulls us back up as he did Peter, reminding us we don't need to fear or doubt, but just have faith in him. And he will keep us safe. This is SO amazing. Thank you for this!
