Let The Blade Fall

The silver blade falls
With a lust for blood
To curb your fear
And your sadness
The cut may be deep
But it goes deeper
Deeper inside my mind
Is it addiction
Or is life that full of pain
Turn away from that
Angry blade
Turn to what you do have
What makes you happy
Don’t think those sad thoughts
Or turn to me
I will hold you
Till you forget your sadness
Or your sorrow
Let the blade fall
To never be picked up again

this is really good ...and sadly i can relate to this. i know people who do it, sometimes its just too hard to get out of the habbit of it.
