Life is a Game
Life is a game,
You can win or lose,
But not the game that you can cheat,
It's the kind of game you have to beat,
Think to yourselves life is just a game,
You can hang it on a picture frame,
If you cheat you'll think you're strong,
Maybe even stronger than King Kong,
If a time comes where you face trouble,
Do not make it worse to put it double,
Take it easy to know it was not worse,
Imagine yourself riding a beautiful white horse,
It runs in the never ending garden,
Somewhere that you don't have to say Pardon,
You can run and forget about your troubles,
But one day for sure, it will be back on you and then pop like a bubble,
So life is like a game,
You can win or lose,
You can cheat,
And think all your life that you beat it at last,
But one day, when trouble comes, perhaps a loved one dies,
You look up and say "How could you make me cry?''
It was your fault,
When you were ready to cheat you could not say halt,
Now every tear you cry is restless,
The beat of life can be endless.
