Dog Tag Necklace
You gave me something
It’s like a type of bling
Even though it doesn’t shine
I can still call it mine
It reminds me of you
Because you’ll always be my boo
It has your name
And in my heart it’s framed
It has your saying
So I know you’re not playing
That this is what you want
You keep saying it in big font
I’ll miss you
Because I know we’re true
I don’t like you there
So far away from here
I cant wait til you get back
And I can sit in your lap
I don’t want to say goodbye
For I feel like I might cry
While in my hands im holding
I feel like im unfolding
I look down
With a frown
And shed a tear
With a bit of fear
Yet something I wear
Doesn’t make my neck bare
I know it’s not mush
But to me it means a bunch
For it it a dog tag necklace
