A good day is when you make someone smile,
When you give an abundance of honest compliments,
When you talk to someone you love,
That is a good day,
A good day is when you eat healthy and exercise right,
When you are bubbling with endorphins,
When you take care of yourself,
That is a good day,
A good day is having no regrets,
When you smile happily about the day’s events,
When you live in the moment,
That is a good day,
