The wind makes oak leaves
twinkle in rays of sun
like little green stars.

The spider’s web,
out where the sun is,
captures a rainbow
in each thread.

Soon,
the trees will change
their shimmering dresses
with the new season;
for they will find that
the hues of fire
are more fashionable.
