When I Felt Abandoned.
Drowning in my memories of our forgotten love,
I raise my head, looking for a sign from above,
You said you love me, more than one time,
But to you, breaking my heart wasn't a crime,
You told your friends lies of spite,
You pushed me into darkness, away from the light,
I delt with my pain in destructive ways,
I didn't know where to go or who to turn to,
In the middle of the night my answer arrived
God had came in my life and helped me surive,
He showed where I could turn when I was my lowest low,
I didn't matter that I was some reject or Life Time show,
I am now a person that will never feel abandoned,
God sent me angel from Heaven, and my heart is were it landed.
