Do I have to give everything
To gain one moment
Of peace and security
Oh so slowly
The pain of what was lost
Fades into the memories of the past
I wish that that moment would last
But forever is a child's tale
And peace is just a wildman's dream
Is it something so far from here
It is eternally gone from reach
Because for a second in paradise
The minute is hell
Because forever is a child's tale
Peace is just a wildman's dream
