It’s me, I’m here.
You walk around
with sealed eyes,
unaware that
your actions are suffocating me,
one
by
one.
It’s me, I’m here.
I don’t want to be your pet
man’s best friend.
Shake off the memories;
start new.
It’s me, I’m here.
Tears like waterfalls,
I soak up
from your face of sorrow.
Mine are hidden,
but you always know
when they are falling.
It’s me, I’m here.
When will you see?
I can only guide you
so far.
Your moment is coming,
please hold on.
