Finding Rome
Calling home
Like the world won’t spin
Anymore
Finding Rome
Will be harder than
I thought
So I pack my bags
And leave this town
I’ll take a plane
If it means that I could be
Found
Leaving home
Is harder than I thought
Searching, fighting
All alone
I search and I fight
To find Rome
An empty suitcase
Clothes on the floor
I lay in this bed
Truly alone
So far away from Rome
Call me a princess
If you want me to go
Or call me yours
If you want me to stay
Just part those lips
And you know what to say
Carry me home
Maybe I’ll find that place
That we call Rome
Some other day
