Into a memory
I’ve forgotten
Into the past
Of a life that lives on
Into the memory
Of a long lost smile
Forgotten in the wind
Frozen moments
Force a memory
From my mind
To evolve like
Wishes become
Possessions
A smile forever remains
In the memory of that
Photograph
But that has been the only time
You have ever seen me laugh
