Once Upon a Time
Prince Charming has fled
Rode his white horse away
Rapunzel chopped off her hair
That very same day
When Snow White fell asleep
He rescued her
But the dream she had
Remains a blur
As the clock struck midnight
At Cinderella’s ball
He said the words that left
My world to fall
As Belle was trapped
And left to die
I lived what was left
Of this awful lie
Not all fairy tales end
With happily ever after
Just the same, not all jokes
End with laughter
