Tragic Illusions
December 5, 2009

                                Blood behind roses,
 Pain echoing the shutting doors,
 Lies coloring every tone,
 Shadows of kisses,
 And hints of wane smiles

 Once, it was
 Beautiful

I like the tragedy behind it all and after every line, I paused and illustrated a tragedy to fit the line in my head. I love the thinking behind this poem.
