Here are my tears
Catch them as they fall
I haven't been crying long
But I can't stop at all
My heart is broken
Torn in two
When will all this
Finally be through
Am I getting better
Or just used to the pain?
Tears are words from the heart
That can never be explained
Not all scars show
Not all wounds heal
Sometimes you can't always see
The pain that someone feels

I love this. I personally love poems that rhyme. I think, when appropriate such as your poem hear, they add the perfect amount of flow and intensity. This is great. I love it. I wish they would publish more poems like this. Check out my work if you ever get the chance!
