Tears
Tears
More tears
I put my ear to the door
I hear her cry
I had made her cry
Guilt
I consumes me
I open the door
OUT, she shouted
I close the door
I could still see it
The tears
The pain
The love she tried to hide
Tears
More tears
The next morning comes
She ignores me
She still hurts
I am still sad
We go to the field
Not together
I read
She rolls down the hill
She walks over
I look up
Tears
More tears
She walks away
She looks back once more
Then disappears into the wind
I let her go
She doesn’t know I love her
Later
I hear my name in the wind
I turn
She stands there trying to stay strong
I approach
Tears
More tears
I envelope her in my arms
She cries
I cry
I love you, I whisper
I don’t know if she believes me but at least now she knows
Tears
More tears
Love
A painful thing
Tears
A way to show the pain
Tears
More tears
