Everything is still
Quiet
Deserted
The chill air rips through everything
Everything in its path
Seeking death
Destruction
Devastation
Yesterday's warm temperatures are gone
Scared away
They disappeared
It's like they were never here
Today the world is frozen over
It's winter

The author's comments:
It's the worst winter in over 100 years in South Dakota and probably everywhere else, too. It's been freezing outside, so cold that you could freeze to death if you were to be outside for more than 20 minutes at a time. It's deadly weather. Also, I couldn't think of what to call it, so that's why it has a stupid title.
