Can't Be A Supergirl

I don't want to be
a Supergirl anymore.
I don't ever want to see
the sun again.
The light of day's
too much for me.
The moon has shown
itsself to me.
My life has changed
it's path too much
for me
to just give up.
I can't be
a Supergirl,
but I don't want to
be here.
I can't just
forgive your ways.
It's just like you
can't forgive me.
I know I'm not right,
but you know I'm not wrong
to not want to be
a Supergirl
anymore.
