"I love you more than the sun loves the sky and the moon loves the stars" --my best friend
"Do it for love." --sark
"One does not succeed in never falling but in getting back up evertime they do so."- Confucius

We kiss
but there's no heat.
We hug
only our bodies meet.

We talk
because they make us.
We laugh
so we don't fuss.

We touch
nothing is felt.
We sleep
the tensions melt.

We believe
what each other loves.
We live
flying as dead doves.

The author's comments:
This poem is based on the fact that two people are together but not emotionally attracted as much as they would like to be.

Doves are supposedly bird of peace and love, hints the reason they are "flying" as dead ones.
