When i look in the mirror,i see pain.
My blue grey eyes that have cried a million tears,my smile which has been forced to appear time after time.
Yet,i still think of the few good things.
When my face glows,shining with pride of all the accomplishments i've made.
I see hope when i look in the mirror.

I have been there all through the years.  I have seen the pain you have gone through.  You are strong.  You can make it.  You are my granddaughter!
