Feeling
She can see
you standing still
waiting for her to pounce
She can hear
your heart beating faster and faster
She can smell
the sweat, your fear
She can almost taste
your cries
But she cannot feel
That is why she knows
nothing.
Without feeling, she has no
pain on the outside,
and without feeling
she cannot have emotions on the
inside.
