Ode to Kobe Bryant
There goes that man
Who’s named after some steak,
Which to me, look as distasteful
As Kobe’s pumpfake.
He wears the number
Twenty-four on his rear,
Which is more than the assists
He’s made in his career.
He’s a great scorer,
I’m not going to lie.
But his lack of team spirit
Surely cannot be denied.
Is he the best player?
I would say no,
For I hate the way
He puts on a one-person show.
His thirst for winning
Is surely very fierce,
But he’s got others in his way
Like LeBron and Paul Pierce.
To wear on his hand,
He wants one more ring,
But he needs to stop
Thinking himself as a king.
Two thousand and ten.
Who knows what it’ll bring?
‘specially the playoffs,
In the soon-to-be spring
Do I like Kobe,
The Los Angeles Laker?
Nah, I prefer William Penn,
The peaceful old Quaker.
The NBA was built
On the belief of a team,
But Mister Kobe plays
Like it’s a one-man scheme.
He’s a good man
Except for his crimes.
Haha I’m just kidding,
And now I’m out of rhymes.

He is the besssst, so idunno what yu'v been smokin' but Kobe is a very talented player, whether hes a ball hog or not, he has scored up to 81 points in a game! That takes skill.(: ILOVEKOBEBRYANT thannks to my brother.
