It's Been a While
March 12, 2010
I’m writing some poems tonight
my fingers are rusty
the keys are dusty
I haven’t wrote in a long time.
I miss this.
I also miss school
it’s starting about next wednesday.
I should keep you posted
on what’s cool now
I’ve just gone blank
sorry
it’s just...
it doesn’t matter if i complain
or at least put it in poemly matter
it will still be a sob
a drab
a threadbare curtain
on a rack
a glint in my eye
of hypocritical humor
those kinds of poems
are the best
