Just one touch

Though there was a chill in the air
it almost felt like all
the heat had traveled
into your hands
as they rested on top mine
with a radiation
a glow,
ending a spark through my soul.
Thump.
Thump.
Thump.
It quickens my pulse,
yet my mind ceases,
almost.....
all thoughts.
All except for one.
I never want this feeling to end
And to think this all could come
from a touch of a hand
Just,
a touch.....
