Favorite Quote:
Replace old memories with new ones.

Drop the stone,
free the prisoner,
realize he is human just like you.
Release him from his cell,
let him live like a free man.
How can we call ourselves civil when we imprison our own kind?
Let alone poach and pillage a species different from our own.
Foolish youth take their freedom for granted,
inexperienced and filled with so many questions,
they hurry to call themselves adults,
only to regret living with such speed,
consumed by remorse they mourn over their vaguely-remembered childhood.
And so they run free with old bones,
finally tasting the freedom they took for granted.
Come nightfall they lay in the fields gazing at the stars,
wishing they could reclaim their lost years.
Though closer to their life's end,
they know it's not too late.
So they rise to their feet, standing tall and proud.
March on my lost foolish youth,
reclaim those lost years,
relive the adventurous and exploratory time you carelessly wasted away.

I hope to send a message to people. Never take life too seriously and never take it for granted. You never know when it could end.
