Story
Life hit her
Like a bullet in the dawn
setting fire to her perfumed room
and turning life into
a plaything
A girl who can't become invincible
isn't alive.
That's what she told me.
Life hit her
Like a bullet in the night
cooling sweetly into a foreboding sunset
and turning life into
a never-ending sleep
she's only half awake this time.
Sleep and rest are not the same.
Death hit her
like a shattered crystal jar
broken pieces of her past
shards her only company
she couldn't keep up
the world spun too fast for her
