Forgetting to breathe and think
When you are near,
I’m here but not here
At the same time.
When around you
I get butterflies
All the time
I don’t understand why
But it
Always happens
Holding back
Trying to stay away
B/c I know
If near you
I may not control
My emotions.
You bring out
That girl
The one who craves you
Like a lovesick crack head
Afraid to let my true
Emotions shine
Then again
I let them anyway.
I wear my heart
On my sleeve
I’m now emotional
Cause of you
You let me be me
Thank you love.
