The pain in my chest from laughing so hard,
Catching some z’s out in the back yard,
The sunburn that keeps me up all night,
The twinkling stars as the only light,
Warmth from the fire giving me chills,
Experiencing newfound thrills,
Jumping in the water even though its dark,
Feeling that red-hot midnight spark.
