Crying
It feels good at the time,
to let all your emotions leave.
For awhile, at least.
But afterwords there's that feeling.
That feeling of defeat, weakness, pain.
That feeling of knowing,
that those tears pouring their way out,
didn't help a thing.
And that feeling, that weighing feeling,
makes you feel suffocated.
And when you feel suffocated,
all you want is help, someone to help you breath.
But there's no one.
Nobody to save you.
And after you realize your all alone,
an entire sea of salt water comes raging out.
And you can't swim yourself back to shore.
