Children are born into this world with hate.
With war.
With destruction.
With hunger.
With no choice but to follow everyone else.
So I ask myself, why does the world spin ‘round?
Mankind could change its ways
Without hate.
Without war.
Without destruction.
Without hunger.
With choices.
But they choose not to.
They read the signs, the facts, the obvious
The response:
“oh wow I didn’t know that” and continue walking.
Nothing is being done.
Nothing can change on its own.
Nothing can become something.
If we work together.
That’s why I ask myself, why does the world spin ‘round
