Sharing Popcorn
How do you measure love?
Certainly not in inches or feet,
Or centimeters or miles.
You don’t measure love in pounds or ounces,
And not in gallons or liters.
Days, months, and years aren’t it either.
Can you measure love?
Perhaps you can measure love in memories,
Or nights spent dreaming of the other.
You could measure love in movies watched,
And popcorn shared,
Hands held, dreams fulfilled, or midnight conversations,
How do you measure love?
