That I wrote a song to tell you that I loved you.

I'm sorry
That I waited for you while you forgot about me and went out with someone else

I'm sorry
That I was never cute enough to be the one you loved

I'm sorry
That I was so nice and not a rude like the others

I'm sorry
That I was always the one you always talked to but never the one you dated

I'm sorry
That I've always held your hair back when you threw up and yet you always left with someone else

I'm sorry
That I was there to pick you up in the dead of the night when your date ditched you in the middle of nowhere

I'm sorry
If I wasn't there when it finally hurt too much being used as a doormat and then thrown aside for every new girl

I'm sorry
That I stopped answering my phone when you called

I'm sorry
That you didn't realize I was the one for you

But most of all

I'm sorry
That I told you I loved you and actually meant it.

I'm sorry
That I cared.

But I'm not sorry
that I found someone else to love

I've a poem so close to this, I've wrote it and gave it to someone and he lost it :(
