The wind rushes by the solitary figure
The broken hands of the clock of time
Forever frozen in a stream of words
Drowning in memories
The flame of life slowly fades
Death looms closer every second
Illusions of love, illusions of hope
Disappear with the lies
Hair as black as ebony
Lips as red as blood
A fairytale ripped apart
Dreams torn away
Like a helpless bird
Imprisoned in an iron cage
Only free to grieve and hate
As purity is stained with darkness
