Invisible Walls
To move onto these thoughts I ponder.
A beating too black,a beating too blue.
Progress to forget what's in front of you.
Time calls yet I still walk backwards in these same old shoes.
Sanity, had it.
Sanity, lost it.
Now I see the insanity, comply I do, despite a withering mind, nightly I pop two.
Forget the seaside, it's just a view.
No longer will I witness or hide myself because of you.
This canvas is ready.
Paintbrush of the brightest blue.
I now begin this portrait.
To this illness, I bid you adieu.
