Leaving
I've got a ticket in my hand, leading to nowhere. I've got the bags packed at my feet.
This doesn't feel right not saying goodbye, but we haven't spoken in awhile.
You've been on my mind lately, but I suppose thats why I'm leaving.
I plan on leaving these memories behind, they haunt the corners of my mind.
It's coming, the train leading to nowhere, and if this were a movie
you would appear and we would cry till the credits rolled.
But I'm stepping on an empty train and no one is here.
I'm leaving with this train, far away from here.
I'll learn to forget like the rest.
