A Dark Paternal Wave
The ocean’s cover is all that I seek
 The only thing I have
 It’s sparkling blue façade
 Makes it completely undisturbed

As the sun sets on the night
 The evening begins
 The warmness fades
  Visitors turn away

 Darkness erupts
From the depths of his soul
 The release is harsh
 And without warning

His movements are swift, and strong
His waves hit harder every time
 Receding with apology
 Then approaching with violent intensity

 Drowned by the blow
 The weeping begins
 your mouth remains shut
 your heart starts hoping
