Weak at heart.
Fragile minds.
So easily we break.
Our emotions control most of what we do.
Making it harder to get through.
A fate, in which there is no escape.
So this as humans, as man-kind; is our fate.

This is very good. I don't think that there is anything spectacular about your rhythm and flow, but the message and words you are getting across come to center focus because of that. I liked the way you described us. It was very well written, though. Nicely done. I enjoyed this.
