under the moon,
its hue ever paling,
winds carry screaming,
the scared still are wailing.

world lies abysmal,
deafening the voices,
man in his grasp,
the devil rejoices.

then in the distance,
Word from the darkness
destroys the evil and
scatters the starkness.

right here from nothing,
Eden unfolding,
old world now passes,
sin’s lost its holding.

archangels sing,
the souls now releasing,
glory eternal
and praises unceasing.
